My hens poo is runny
is this normal? I only got them on Sunday so thought it might be change in food. But what else could it mean?

Are all the droppings runny or is the occasional one and does is have a chip shop curry sauce like appearance (TMI)?

It sounds like caecal poo which is normal and is just a sign that your hen's are having a good gut clear out. It occurs in around 1 in every 10 poos.
If the other droppings are solid, dark with white then this is a healthy sign. If they are dark and runny or clear and runny, then this could indicate that your hens are under the weather. If your hens are looking hunched up and withdrawn, then there'd be an indication that they are unwell.

You're doing the right thing by keeping an eye on their droppings, it is a good indicator of their health.
